Darshika is a Partner within the Treaty Reinsurance team specializing in Analytics. Her core areas of expertise include conducting actuarial specialty pricing reviews, captive feasibility studies, and a range of analytical initiatives across both insurance and reinsurance.
Darshika started her career at Willis Towers Watson where she specialised in Specialty pricing, reserving and Solvency-II modelling. She later joined Deloitte where she contributed to actuarial pricing, strategy and transformation projects. A qualified actuary, Darshika was nominated for the Actuary of the Year award at the Women in Insurance Awards for two consecutive years.
